Strategy Workshops

Organize strategy workshops for internal alignment and clear goals. People support what they help to create. To transform GenLife into an innovator and disruptor in the senior living industry, everyone must be aligned, explore future-forward solutions, and work together in close collaboration for the greatest good of current/prospective residents.

Once that level is fulfilled, the next level up is Safety, after which come Love/Belonging, Emotional, Cognitive, Aesthetic, Self-Actualization, and Self-Transcendence.
